It is amazing how right after the holidays sales of USB hubs really pick up. With more and more USB devices on the market people are in need of more USB ports now than ever. Lucky for us that the most popular Christmas gifts are ones that include a USB cable.
With the addition of the iPad, the ever popular iPods and iPhones, not to mention products not created by Steve Jobs, USB ports are disappearing at an alarming rate. It is surprising that computer manufacturers don’t put more USB ports into computers but with all of the other ports they have to include there simply isn’t a cost benefit to adding more.
So as owners of USB peripherals come to us to purchase our 7 port USB hub it doesn’t surprise us at all that it is happening more often right after Christmas.
